Not read through the posts so apologies if this has been stated but it appears the prepayment clause has intentionally been inserted so as to avoid another cap raise.
I suspect AUZ intentionally raised enough funds in the previous cap raise to allow for this. (Should have enough cash to take them through another 6-9 months if necessary)
on balance i’d be shocked if SK don’t agree to the pre-payment at the end of October.
