Sure it’s stated PYC has majority (for now) of “Vision” i just think they should be showing the breakdown - if its 51/49 - PYC & Lion fine - i’d just be concerned if “Vision” had equity from anybody already at or close to the top of PYC’s share registry.
FWIW as far as i can see Vision was incorporated 3 months ago.
