Every single buyer since January 2016, that has not sold that parcel, is now in the red.
Buyers must also learn to be sellers imo.
When I read back over the last year of PLS posts I find many posters are still here on the forum that have been 'topping up' every second post. They are still here posting and getting a gazillion likes, and telling others not to have an opinion.
Posters that resort to that behaviour are a HUGE RED FLAG to me.
