I feel more positive about this tbh. It's not too dilutive (assuming $2+ is executed), gives more shareholders an opportunity to buy (its not a whole lot more shares but currently its relatively small amount of shares liquid given most investors are management, institutional and retail holding on for dear life), obviously more cash flow, etc. Wouldn't be suprised if there is another upcoming announcement too in conjunction with the release of, or shortly after, the trading halt, as a "don't worry we're still kicking goals" and as a thank you to recent and old investors.

Can someone clarify if I read correctly (maybe @Lopez ?) the current offering is only being pitched exclusively to insto investors? maybe your broker can tell us what the interest has been like so far
