My HKTD says AVZ had a giant of the industry shake hands with Nigel and was very interested in the chairman role.
What happened? My HKTD is puzzled. Perhaps it was agreeing on the terms?
The reason for the delay on chairman role, according to my HKTD, is that Nigel wants to bring in some one after project finance.
Why would he do that?
My HKTD says Nigel is likely comfortable with where project finance and offtakes discussions are at and doesn’t need a chairman for marketing role for finance.
Project financing/ off takes = 0
Finance = 0 due to mostly Cominiere % critical, and waiting.
But I think there is more to it.
Why would you knock back a leader in the industry who could turn Manono into a frightening powerhouse?
