    It's a No thanks from Shareholders after the previous 26 Mill CR plus heavy dilution and crashed SP!

    Yeah throwing good money after bad is not on the investment BLK appetite atm!

    How about getting ON WITH MAKING A PROFIT plus TAKE A PAY CUT BoD and Reduce COSTS!

    Plans are one thing but BLK's record is not a good one! See SP for that!

    Lift your performance BOD!

    Still a NO thanks to this gouging CR!
