To be perfectly frank, to me it looks like management are taking a prudent step in not rushing. For a 20 year plus mine life I as a long term shareholder would prefer they get it right in this phase than to have to re-jig things later. If you are trading this for a "sell on DFS news" then fine sell and go away, but this is a long term ripper.
