I have never traded a stock under 1c myself. Or 3c actually. The information I had was just the result of a google query. This returned information about "triple-zero" stocks, and that supposedly "public trades" can be made to $0.0001.
But you're right, this is actually on the ASX site: https://www.asx.com.au/services/trading-services/price.htm And that link it mentions the minimum trading price step is 0.1c, or $0.001. And we know what 0.1 - 0.1 is...
Confusing. If anyone has a broker to query I'd be interested in what they say about it.
