So last quarter, the company advised production of 20,450t and receipts of $50M. Couldnt find a mention of sales in tonnage. Ill assume sales were production. So $50M/20450=$2445/t.
Guidance for current quarter was 23-29t @ $0.95-1.07USD/lb and 27-33t @ 0.87-0.98 USD/lb. Note how they quote sales in tonnes/AUD and costs in pounds/USD. So make sales look larger, and costs look smaller.
1 tonne=2,204lbs.
Assuming exchange rate of 70c usd/aud
So cost guidance is $2991-$3368 /tonne thus qtr; and $2739-$3085 /tonne next qtr
zinc prices for this qtr are lower than zinc prices for last qtr on average. Need prices to incrase circa 20% to be looking at breakeven on production
