    I think you are right about a CR. At the AGM, they want holders to pass an additional 10% placement capability in addition to the normal 15%. They say the recipients of this 10% placement are unknown yet. Hopefully it’s reserved for ICL to take a stake as part of the licence deal. And hopefully at a premium to current price but I know that’s dreaming.
