where i am right now is definately not putting any effort into crunching comparitive numbers for the benefit of others. I have a brand new 4 day old baby boy im more interested in spending that time with (and his mother is expecting diamond class service at the moment). I have previously posted my opinions here. $55 million / 20 + % dilution is an awfully large amount of money for this company to raise especially given the CEO publicly said somewhere around March-May this year from memory that it was possible there would be no more capital raises during an interview. That blatantly misleading statement impacted my decision making. It astounds me that he could be so wrong to the point that i have to question his honesty or his grasp or both. That coupled with a history of losing control over costs (and they have... consulting fees are a constant battle, entertainment fees have always looked exorbitant and from memory he was paying himself $USD250k / year "living away from home allowance" when he moved to New York are a few examples)...long story short i simply do not trust them with what will be something like $67 mill of shareholders cash in the bank. And if you look back to last years raise and the cost blowout that immediately followed once cash was in the bank you will understand why i am cynical, why i dont trust them with my money at these levels and why i took the opportunity provided by the last microsoft ann to exit. But i keep reading and watching closely and should we see low 30's i may take a position again. But its more likely i will wait until Feb to see how they are spending their (your) money.
