I am glad my Rezoning of land taught me how to have patience .

I applied for subdivision 2 years ago and our local council said they are doing a housing strategy for our council and all larger blocks in few precincts would be subdivided into two lots . I waited and waited and early this year in March council approved it and submitted it to State government. They said normally takes 3-4 months and I am waiting .
Haha , looks like AUZ finance and Subdivision application will go through at the same time ..
