Therefore they are forced to pick up smaller lots, say 5-25k parcels as they sell down their often single unit lots and other small lots. Because this strategy has successfully forced the SP down it also has had an effect of making genuine buyers to be cautious as they are confused by what's going on. It would be a good thing if GLL management were inclined to add to their holdings to offset this.
