in any scenario the deal is a positive for MAY. They have known multiple parties interested; a new US$5M 3D that supports the prospect; two top shelf companies that have got it to where it is. other priorities for some may mean a setback - i'd still be amazed if that's where they get to. if one company wants to go forward, it may be they are negotiating with new players to bring in. or the party with the option is trying to get some value for its position. IMO Beehive will be drilled, just by whom is the Question, if not the two with the option today.
