LOL - Beale do you think I need to add insult to injury by embarking on a commercial litigation to recover my losses!! no thanks. the reality in commercial litigation is that the law is often a secondary consideration to the commercial consideration. what can we get even if we can prove it. And lets not forget Suda are experts at one thing really - litigation! Although they are not very good at it!
Us negative guys having been saying for a long time now Carter must go he is just no good as a CEO - whilst the lab staff might like him the corporate world doesnt because he just does not follow through with anything.
So that is the only positive out of this artimist debacle - it finally got rid off him. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind they were informed by their (brilliant) consultants of a likely negative decision and hopper cornered Carter to say you position is now untenable and you must go.
a young bright and enthusiastic CEO is what we need to drive/sell this
