    Yes Pogues.

This is the first time I have seen the selective targeting of gullible members of the public through a social media type “news” service.

It feels very different to suckering shareholders via the “spoke to the company” approach where the information is then disseminated through platforms like HC. With nothing ever put in writing or able to be traced back to the company.

SUD must know that they are skating on very thin ice. The whole idea that they were very confident about a successful appeal is completely implausible and directly contradicted by what transpired.

SC wouldn’t have resigned and members of the companies colluding class would have strong buyers – not sellers as a broker report and review of the transactions would be able to establish.

From here I expect SUD to lodge a AAT appeal. This will be done to stall any light being shone into the basis of the “confidence” that SUD supposedly had in the appeal decision.

You would know better than me … but I understand non-migration matters are running to pretty much to schedule in the AAT. So it would buy SUD 12 months or so. And 12 months breathing space is a long time in penny stock land.

The ASX should be thinking about trying to nip this in the bud. Wakey wakey in there.
