Various parties are increasing their stake prior to the spill vote. I applied for my 15 cent allocation &voted against all motions accept the new director . This board has virtually brought this company to it's knees . It has seriously diluted it's shareholders , with a sub market capital raising . MLX presently survives on a loan & shareholder support via the capital raising .A new board appears the only hope . All we have had is glowing reports about increasing grades at Renison, but no mention of the effects on the company of the financial haemorrhaging due to ems at Nifty . To date Nifty has been a dud and a disaster financially for MLX . it still remains to be the present board can tern nifty around.
