    "Dividends
    Dividends are recognised when declared during the financial year and no longer at the discretion of the Company."

    Whatever that means? Seems to mean that a policy is in place to distribute dividends now whereas previous it was at the discretion of the board.

    The company also currently has $72 million in franking credits available.Esh
