This is one of Fluence China employee job profile that I have found on the net, he was the second employee which was employed by Fluence China, the document has outlined all of his previous and current duties in Fluence China team. Most interestingly there are some information we might never be found out before, hence I will not provide the source for this document due to some privacy concerns.
1. The revenue growth in China is mind blowing, the total revenue for year 2017 was only 300k USD, then revenue for year 2018 was 3 million USD, and he projected the revenue figure for year 2019 is 21.50 millions USD.
2. Lots of work have done in Changzhou factory to lower scrape rate and improve lean production.
"During the production process from the end of 2017 to the beginning of 2018, the scrap rate was found to be high. In response to this problem, I asked the operator to record the production environment parameters for each product for one year. Since 2019 beginning of the year, for different climate and environment, timely access to the device parameters by recording pre-adjustment, as of July of 2019, the scrap rate remained at very low levels, and to ensure long-term zero waste. To improve the yield while classes, designed auxiliary bracket 1 units, auxiliary material axis 5 roots, re-route optimization process, to minimize unnecessary equipment downtime, the class output has increased from 3 MABR modules to 5 MABR modules, thereby meeting the sales forecast requirements."
3. Quality team to address the MABR quality issues.
"As a core member of the 8D Quality Team, the 8D problem solving method is used to analyze and resolve the quality problems of customer complaints and complaints , and is responsible for drafting 8d reports. Where Sep of 2018 , we received from the QSY on client projects MABR complaints module quality issues, through discussion and analysis team members to quickly draw temporary solutions, which I drafted 8d report and implemented. Afterwards, I discussed with the Israeli R&D department several times to get a permanent solution and be responsible for the implementation of the plan. At this point, this quality problem has not occurred again."
