You either accept the offer or sell your shares. Dont get stuck as a minority shareholder. Look what just happened to HER. When the offer closed the bidder had 85% acceptance and decided not to mop up the remaining 15%, leaving them to trade on the market. HER shares went from $2.85 which was the offer to now $1.80 - 3 days later.
So whatever you do, dont hold JST without accepting.
It would be nice if everyone did accept though. Get an extra 15c if they hit 90%.
