Having spent 5 minutes researching KNT (and therefore being an expert..) - they have a much bigger market cap and it seems like they have plenty on their plate at the moment anyway, ramping up their own production.
Plus Google Maps tells me they are about 500kms away as the bird of paradise flies. That may be stretching the synergy idea a little... !
Still, I hope GPR achieves similar grades.
