A good start by INL but as usual no follow through.Now Mr 3 mill man is getting filled.If he gets all his eaten up, look out below short term.
He isn't stupid, he knows with INL's past record that he would probably get filled, no point chasing the price up when there are no buyers around.
It does give believers a chance at averaging down which is a good thing now we know they are likely to remain cash flow positive until the good times return.
