Rothbard, if you sell your shares now to NST in the offer at 33 cents, you will be paid within 7 days, and then if NST increase the offer to 38 cents, you will not get the increased offer, because you have already sold. The only way you will benefit from an increased offer is if you do not sell at the current offer price of 33 cents.
If you sell today at 33 cents, you do not retain exposure to any increase in the offer. Only unsold shares will retain exposure to increases in the offer.
