The stock is certainly not loved at the moment. and After reading so many negative comments, one would have really to think about giving up on SLR.

I held this stock for over 8 years and been through the highs and lows. what a ride. Hard to say but management seems to be doing well lately.

Have they done an EGA offer a few month earlier, most of those EGA holders would have taken it. The offer makes sense but is like when you sell your car, sellers always wants more.

SLR has been a solid performer with a well disciplined management board, good team and POSITIVE CASHFLOW. But right now the uncertainty about the deal brought dark clouds to the stock. if EGA deal is done, will be a win win for both holders. We bring cash, expertise, etc. although they firmly believe that is not the case.

I think that when gold prices hit $1600 this stock will outperform most peers.
