Well for OA at least Pill/Tablet formulation wont work, the bio availability (uptake) is only 5% or something small...need it to be direct injection (subcutaneous - into fatty tissue like thighs, butt, stomach) for it to work, at least in these types of indications, bowel / gut pain may be different.
