Okay, I found your comment is a bit funny.

*IF* he wanted anonymity as some do who use nominee accounts then it follows he might also have wanted anonymity enough to split his holdings between nominee accounts - that is all I'm saying no more no less. Its just a possibility.

Anyway, why would you concern other investment decisions? I thought you'd be more astute to make own mind.

If you mean an other investment decisions like Guy Loando's investment decisions I'm concerned because he would have a lot more AVZ company specific information than I do.

I know you are smart enough to understand that the market cared when Klaus sold shares and cared when ML sold shares - so I think you'd understand that I'd be interested in whether Guy Loando (the Dathomir representative director) sold shares (after Dathomir downsized their holding in Dathcom) because the information could affect the share price and the decision could be based on him having specialized knowledge. Or it may not. But the probabilities don't split evenly.

I am making up my own mind. But I do that by constructing theories that fit the available evidence and looking for additional evidence to refute or support those theories. (That looking for additional evidence - refining and rejecting theories is why I read posts from folk like you and Deboss who do research and have alternate views). Sometimes (most of the time) I need to hold more than one theory in mind at a time.
