Very interesting play unfolding here.....Apac buying up with another notice just out....Morgan Stanley in this for a quick profit so will happily assist Apac if needed....A lot of investors blindsided by the share placement @ 15c whilst Apac pay a little more and add to their holdings easily....Good strategy on Apac part.
