    I blieve JIANGTE should be one of the 11interested parties.JT has been approved by their shareholders to raise a total of RMB$1 billion (~A$208million).Don’t think JT would let GXY take over ALITA for $1(pun intended).Also,GXY is now in pennies territory make it harder for GXY to “eat”ALITA.imo
