The directors & solamind have never really stated that their holdings have dropped. I think they think the shares have always belonged to them!
After all, prior to the Opes collapse, the anz never posted a substantial holder notice.
The other thing is if the shares are held by lots of different parties in 4.99% lots. This means there is no need for an ann.
