Not sure that the GXY SP will matter here.
As the VA pointed out, if the companies are liquidated it is unlikely that unsecured creditors will see a return.
Personally I do not see this as a script offer situation any longer. Most likely outcome is a debt for equity swap that may not see unsecured creditors get a full repayment.
