It sounds like a valid reason to. Misuse of medication leading to the development of drug resistance is a major issue.
It sounds like the concers were not properly addressed in a sufficient way. Andnim wondering what if potentially they didnt properly address the issues in the context of key demographic/history/culture of malaria endemic areas.
Did SUD half arse the appeal with a 'near enough is good enough' approach or are the concerns something that are actually too difficult to overvome?
