The current SP I believe is dictated by the resource of 145,000 ounces by $850 / 2.9b shares, 4.3c. To have an SP of $1 BCN would need to find a resource of 3,411,764 ounces at $850 ounce. Now at the moment the SP has not factored in any production/profit or dividends. If they make a profit for the year 1c per share (on track to make that amount) then on a normally valuation with a (low) PE of 10 it would indicate the SP would be 10c. It does not matter how many shares there are on issue, top 20 shareholders have 40% of the holdings. Price is dictated by the 60% buying in and out on what they think it is worth. It's all about the resource held when not producing, to form a SP valuation. Then the SP valuation changes when reality of production kicks in and the profits drive the SP valuation. The SP is a price paid for what they will make in the future and risk/reward the new stockholder wants to pay. DYOR
