Ok that makes sense. Why not just come out and say it? We need some $ to build some rigs that are going to X. We expect them to generate Y.

New board appointments are a positive. I recall Kent saying some time back that in his opinion Orexplore has the potential to be much bigger than drilling. Looks to me like they are pinning their ears back and going for that. You would assume the new directors wouldn't bother coming on board if it didn't have legs.
