Bucky, the distinction here is that malaria is contagious
Insomnia is not contagious (and neither are our other blockbuster illnesses) so how our patient uses (or abuses) Zolpi won't affect the next patient.
On the other hand, the theory is that parasites that survive Artimist would go on to breed stronger parasites*
