I'm not sure how to find out about it but in my opinion there is a very very long standing shackle on MYX relating to the anticompetitive price collusion accusations from a few years ago relating to Generic price fixing case. The DOJ a few months ago were not happy with those involved and the lack of engagement on the probe. That's the last I heard.
I've always wondered how on earth do I can find out more about progress and when an outcome will be determined.
Does anyone know if this case has material impact on MYX being held back? I think it does, but I never hear anything about it.
