Yes I am always willing to take an educated punt .... although really the probability of this is very high based on confirmation that the company has ...
1) undertaken trials and been adminted to the Russian pharmaceatical board ..
2) invested in increased capacity with a new production plant ..
3) undertaken a agrresive buy back of stock
If this was all not true OK, but it is - how can this not be the bottom ?? I don't wear rose coloured glasses thus what is the risk ??
