Good to see CHM come up with the cash though (I am MMX holder) as we need this to go to court so we can have a resolution. If CHM went under again what would stop someone else from reviving the company again & haveing another go at MMX. Therefore we need a resolution ordered by the court to put an end to this once & for all.

My only advice to Benny is take the mediation deal as MMX will not be around for much longer. In my opinion Sino or Mits will take MMX if allowed by Rudd.

To Turville hope this meets your requirements of a decent post without the rubbish currently being hurled. My fellow MMX'ers are a little to trusting of Management or a little to keen to throw mud without 100% proof. Lets look at it your mob say 100% their right & ours say they are 100% right. Hence we have court to decide. The mud throwing is a waste of everybodies time no matter how annoying this case is to MMX.
