So how do you know they didn't sell of that ' residual ' amount on market and / or before they decided or even at the request of Buyer. These transfers or dealings often tend to be in nice ' neat ' packages as well. So not ramping - just looking for a suitable possibility as to who it might be and why ? There could be heaps of other possibilities which I would also be quite receptive to as well.....
