RichardDale "Nowhere did Maximus say that they would be MXROA."

Sorry Richard to have to correct you but if you care to check the Maximus announcement issued on 20 June 2008 headed FREE BONUS OPTION ISSUE it quite clearly indicates there that they considered that the July18 new Options were also to be designated as MXROA.
Part of that announcement as below :

"A summary of the terms and conditions of the issue of the Free Bonus Option is as follows:
Offer Basis: One (1) Bonus Option for every four (4) ordinary shares held
Exercise Price: $0.20
Option Record Date: 18 July 2008
Expiry Date: 30 June 2009
ASX Code: MXROA "

Quite clearly at that early stage Maximus considered that they were to be MXROA.
