However highlighting the background of Azure - the successful and experienced negotiator - by reverse psychology or any other means is useful and positive for any newcomer wanting to understand what’s going on.
Steering the conversation to Azure’s past lithium experience is especially useful.

Regards consolidating the shares I expect this would also be a useful step at some stage when management has time to focus .
