Given It was announced In May that the 10 ex-players had been IdentIfIed (well before the applIcatIon) I'm guessing that, with news regarding success with these players, there may be included an announcement of a second filing piggy backing on this - seeking to expand to 40 more players. So I'm speculating that in the background PPEN are currently busy helpIng to identIfy candidates for this and Phase 3.
