Also offloads $800k worth of holding costs while sharing the upside. You would have to think that represents a large percentage of their holding costs. They still have plenty of options on other assets they own. But importantly it puts a value on their assets = $6m on 50% of the assets that have farmed out + other assets + cash of $1m v a market cap of $5m says it all to me. A long time coming which tells me the biggest positive for this company now is the change in management. They have delivered.
