I tend to agree with that opine @rvajna in that the big (top twenty) have taken the hit as well. I checked and they are in the same boat as us poor serfs.
So far no indication that they will go one way or the other so "the ride".
Then again the whole ins and outs are being handled differently by them unless notified.
