I totally agree Buffett. We started to get sold down the dunnie around 30+ years ago. By the time the short term solely election victory driven idiots are finished with us there won't be anything left that is Australian owned.
Unfortunately I feel very cynical about the whole situation. I can see the +'ves but the -'vs are quite overwhelming.
I had a small UMC position but closed it out this morning on open. Until the situation with freight/transport/rail/RIO/BHP is sorted I don't see much future for UMC (SP wise only) and I can't afford to have money tied up that is not working for me.
Good luck to all holders. I will be looking for it to find support and some good news to come out and then I will enter again because it is such a good story.
