as I said I wasn’t sure as it was back in my early 20’s and I was doing 100 day stints in Patong.
I’m probably lucky to even remember being on the island so that’s why I framed my question the way I did.
I wasn’t alluding to a back room deal or some such nonsense but knew that there would be a few here who knew the deal and could set me straight on my vague memory of seismic boat protocols.
