no use whining on hc take action

Hi all

Like most I am a little miffed about the prospect of having my shares capped prematurely before they reach their full potential.

I will wait and see what the final offer of the scheme is and whether the independent report says it's a good deal or not. ( I think I know what the answer will be) However, if I feel, like most are now, that we are taking it in the shorts then there will be no use in airing those thoughts on HC. Sure it's good to discuss it here but nothing will be achieved without taking action. At minimum everyone needs to write to the company and then file a complaint with ASIC. I am not being naive here and fully understand how these things pan out eventually but complaining about it on HC is not going to to help.

This has to go through the courts and ASIC will be involved. If they get enough complaints it will force them to take a closer look.

Take action now!! Send your emails to the Co Sec or ring him or speak to whoever you can in the Co and make your feelings known and felt.

Redirect your energies towards those who matter.
