i think the board had recommended to take the 80 cents already at the start? could be wrong, but it would be strange for a company to go through the expense of due diligence without thinking there price offer wasn't going to be successful at at least board level wouldn't it?
rose coloured glasses, but i 'choose' to think the length of time and the extension of the time is purely related to the overly technical nature of the company, having offices in asia here and states ......
