    Just pretend Perilya was to become bankrupt right now, which it isn't by the way. You would get much more money from the sale of all it's assets ($1.14) than you would need to pay for it's share price (around 40 cents). A definite buying opportunity for the astute investor. Why on earth would you want to sell right now? Absolutely incomprehensible.
