    sorry but i disagree with your conclusion that RLL is the one and that the others are a side show.

    Unless ADY gets that $40m from Shougang then the $200m that is required (half for ADY and half for RLL) is in jeopardy.

    RLL needs the $100m to get its plant built. The 10% forward sales may not be enough cash.

    Anyway Shougang will be the first contract without doubt.
