It's been mentioned several times in previous threads that the 'share price' had to be above 20c for two months prior to being able to change boards. Today has effectively killed that be it closing price, intra day or vwap.

So my original question probably had a few parts to it.

1. Is the two month rule real
2. Which price had to remain above 20c
3. Is the clock now reset
